I am trying to do something everyday that scares me. I have been very complacent and I feel like I want to move forward in a way of mindfulness that is authentic.

I live in Seward Park, a suburb of Seattle and I am always working to make my home the most comfy and homey place to me. I want to make it somewhere that anywhere I sit down or lay down to ground myself, I feel instantly safe.

I live with my two dogs, Ollie and Sadie, my long-term partner Trevor. And my parents live in San Diego, a two hour plane flight. Jenny, my sister is a teacher that lives with my parents and Kirby, my dad’s husky chihuahua.
